These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (Student/Learner or Franchise Candidate) and Euonus IT Academy & Education Network HQ. By submitting counseling inquiries, booking course demos, or accessing authorized center portals, you agree to these operational rules.

Enrollment in 16-week courses (Software Engineering, Data Science, Web Dev) is finalized upon payment of tuition fees to the assigned authorized franchise center:

• Fee Schedules: Tuition fees must be paid according to the installment plan issued by the local franchise center.
• Refund Policy: Demo sessions are 100% free. Tuition fee refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of course start date.
• Center Transfer: Students may transfer enrollment between authorized Euonus IT hubs subject to seat availability.

Students must maintain academic integrity during live lab sessions, code reviews, and project submissions. Plagiarism in client project assignments or disruptive behavior at physical franchise hubs may result in course suspension.

All course content, video lectures, code repositories, exercise kits, and trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Euonus IT HQ. Students are granted a non-transferable license to use materials solely for personal learning.

Franchise centers (e.g. JAI-29-40 Jaipur Center) operate under authorized franchise agreements with Euonus IT HQ. Local center directors are responsible for physical infrastructure, lab facilities, and local counselor conduct under HQ oversight.

Certificates issued upon successful course completion include tamperproof QR verification codes linked to Euonus IT HQ central database. Certificate validity requires a minimum of 75% attendance and passing final project evaluations.
